Making Monday [#20]

Where has 2013 gone?!

I hope you each had a Christmas that was merry and bright and that your lives are filled with peace and happiness.  Last year I wrote a post called Woven Holidays.  If you missed it you can {click here} to read all about how I love the trilogy of our winter holidays and how beautifully they weave together to help us focus on all that is important in life.

Well, Gracie and I hope you’re each getting ready for the new year.
If you need some help figuring out some fun party ideas to ring in 2014 we’re sure this is going to be a happening spot ~  giving you the low down on what’s gonna be poppin!

This is a party where you can find fun new creative ideas and tasty recipes
shared by amazingly talented people.
Every Monday bloggers stop by to link up their posts and share with all you party goers.
By joining in {both bloggers and non-bloggers} you will discover new blogs,
be inspired to make something new, try a yummy new recipe,
and most importantly make new friends!

This party is hosted by Gracie and me, and your projects will be shared on both of our blogs.
We love that you’re here and we love featuring you on our social media so be sure to follow us so you can see if your post gets shared!

We also pin to our Making Monday Pinterest board and we’d love to have you follow along! This is a place you can find projects from all the previous parties, too, so it is like a party every day!

Gracie and I are both spending a lot of time with family and decided that was more important than blogging, so we didn’t really share too much.

So… on to our features for the week chosen by Gracie!

First up is this Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Chili by What’s Cooking in the Burbs.

Next is this Boxy Dress Refashion by Halfway To Hipster.  (I {Gracie} got a sewing machine for Christmas and you better believe I’m gonna try some refashioning!)

And finally, is this DIY Craft Table by de Jong Dream House.

There you have it!
If you were one of the lucky features PLEASE grab a button and share it with some friends.

A Bright and Beautiful Life

If you didn’t make it as a feature this week remember to check out the Pinterest board and keep linking up ~ next week could be you!
