Minty Chocolate Cookies

My sister {Thanks, Toni, luv you.} brought these cookies to our cookie exchange last weekend and she is sharing the recipe with us.
If you like the combination of chocolate and mint, this is the cookie for you.

*recipe note: Since I only cook from scratch I never buy boxed cake mixes. But I will for this recipe until I come up with a homemade version.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 box of Devils Food Cake Mix
Andes mints

Directions:

1. Mix eggs, melted butter, and cake mix together.
2. Drop by the spoonful onto a baking sheet
3. Bake at 350 for 8 to 9 minutes.
4. Remove from oven, place an Andes mint on top of each cookie and let them melt for a few minutes; then spread around on top.

That’s it. Easy. Chocolaty. Minty. Tasty.
